Profit = Selling Price − (Product Cost + Shipping + Ad Spend + Platform Fees + Payment Fees). Platform and payment fees are calculated as a percentage of the selling price.

What does break-even selling price mean?

Break-even is the selling price where your profit becomes 0. It helps you price products so that all fees and costs are fully covered before you start making money.

Does margin % use revenue or cost as the base?

This tool uses the most common definition: Profit Margin % = Profit ÷ Selling Price × 100. This is the revenue-based margin, which is standard in retail and eCommerce.

What if my fees are too high?
